Investment participation begins at $100,000. Each investment is structured through a participation agreement tied to a specific loan, secured by a first lien position on residential real estate. This structure allows investors to participate directly in individual loan opportunities backed by tangible collateral.
Investors earn monthly interest income on their principal balance, along with principal reduction as borrowers make payments on the underlying loan.
For tax reporting purposes, investors receive a Form 1099 annually, issued prior to January 31 of the following year.
